Wise
A multi-currency money-transfer and business-account platform formerly known as TransferWise.
Wise (formerly TransferWise) provides Wise Business accounts with multi-currency receiving details in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and others. It is widely used by non-residents because the personal account opens with just an ID, and the business account does not require U.S. residence. However, Wise Business does NOT issue a U.S. routing number that the IRS or Stripe accept as a U.S. checking account, and U.S. dollar acceptance has historically been intermittent. It is best treated as a settlement layer, not a primary U.S. bank.
