Stripe Atlas
Stripe's end-to-end U.S. company-formation product that bundles incorporation, EIN, bank account, and Stripe payment processing.
Stripe Atlas forms a Delaware C-Corporation or Wyoming LLC, applies for an EIN, opens a Mercury or Mercury-equivalent bank account, and provisions a Stripe Payments account in one $500 flow. Atlas is convenient for first-time founders but locks the entity into Stripe's processor and pre-selects a registered-agent address that is not always optimal for downstream banking. Founders who later switch processors or banks often discover address-enrichment problems baked in by Atlas's default RA choice.
