Member Services Agreement
Alongside the commercial sublease, every member signs a Services Agreement that defines the ongoing relationship: what Laramie Ledger provides, what the member agrees to, and the compliance obligations on both sides.
Services provided: dedicated Suite assignment, sublease administration, utility-bill account in the member's business name, mail-handling options, compliance document retention, and support for bank/platform verification inquiries.
Member obligations: completed KYC (via Persona), accurate KYB information where applicable, payment of monthly fees, and compliance with acceptable-use policy (no mail-fraud, no structuring, no unlicensed regulated activity).
Termination: either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. Member is responsible for redirecting mail and notifying banks of the address change.
The Services Agreement is executed via SignWell alongside the sublease and is part of the onboarding document packet stored in the member's compliance folder.
