SignWell is the e-signature platform Laramie Ledger uses for the Commercial Sublease Agreement, Member Services Agreement, and Letter of Authorization. SignWell supports template-based pre-fill, sequential and parallel signers, audit trails (IP, timestamp, signer email), and webhook delivery on completion. Signed PDFs are downloaded and stored in Cloudflare R2, with the SignWell document ID retained for audit traceability.
