An identity-verification platform that runs document, biometric, database, and watchlist checks for KYC and KYB.
Persona (withpersona.com) is the identity-verification provider Laramie Ledger uses for KYC. Persona ingests a government-issued ID and selfie liveness, cross-references against authoritative databases, runs OFAC and adverse-media screens, and returns a structured verification report with confidence scores. Persona Business adds entity verification (KYB) using Secretary of State records, EIN matching, and beneficial-owner attribution. The Persona webhook delivers verification results to the consuming application asynchronously.
