About Laramie Ledger

Laramie Ledger is not a virtual mailbox company. We are a commercial sublease operator that gives international founders a real, bank-verifiable physical address in Wyoming — the one state in the US where you can form an LLC without listing your name publicly and while paying zero state income tax.

The company exists because of a specific market failure: banks and platforms like Mercury, Stripe, and Amazon now use address-verification databases that automatically flag CMRA addresses, registered-agent addresses, and known virtual mailbox providers. International founders who used these services in 2023-2024 are increasingly finding that their accounts are rejected or frozen on re-verification.

Our answer is the commercial sublease. Every member becomes a real subtenant of a numbered Suite at 1919 Morrie Ave, Cheyenne, WY. The lease is a genuine legal document that names the member as tenant, and the utility bill we issue is in the member's business name — both of which banks treat as valid proof of physical address.

We deliberately cap the number of subleases per property to stay within the spirit and letter of non-CMRA use. Scaling means adding physical locations, not stacking more members on the same address — that is the line that separates legitimate subleasing from the mass-address problem banks flag.
